OASI ARGO Calabria e.V.

The Italian association Associazione Oasi Argo works in Calabria, a region where the problem of stray and abandoned dogs is growing.
The aim of the association is therefore to care for and support stray dogs that are left without medical care and protection. Oasi Argo has been fighting tirelessly against this problem for more than ten years. In particular, the sterilization culture is promoted and the local population is actively involved in animal welfare.

Support and commitment of the association

Sick, injured and abandoned dogs find shelter and medical care at Oasi Argo. Special attention is paid to animals that require long-term care. This includes not only appropriate medical treatment, but also loving care so that they can recover and get a second chance in life. Oasi Argo offers the animals a safe space that is specially adapted to their different needs. Equipped areas and green spaces create an environment in which the animals can feel at ease and recover.

Animal welfare in the future too

Over the years, the association has already rescued and cared for thousands of dogs and cats and found loving homes for many of them. Their long-term goal is to become a stable point of contact for the welfare of animals in Calabria. Through their ongoing work, they not only want to help the animals, but also raise awareness of animal welfare in the region.

Every help counts

With our financial support of 1,000 euros, we would like to help ensure that Oasi Argo e.V. can continue to be there for the animals in Calabria. Our support will be invested directly in medical care, care facilities and improving the infrastructure. We are proud to support this important project and, together with Associazione Oasi Argo e.V., make a difference in the lives of animals in need.
