On July 28, we remind ourselves worldwide of the importance of protecting our natural habitats.

On Environment Day today, over 150 countries are setting an example for more ecological responsibility. We at the proWIN pro nature Foundation are also taking part with heart and attitude. Because our environment needs courage, mindfulness - and action.

As a foundation for nature conservation and environmental protection, Earth Day is much more than just a calendar entry for us. It reminds us of our responsibility - for the planet, for future generations and for all habitats.

Every year since 1992, the United Nations has called for World Water Day on March 22 to highlight the importance of this precious resource.

Since the 1970s, this day has reminded us how valuable our forests are - as the green lungs of the earth, a habitat for countless animal and plant species and an important climate protector.

Protect the environment. Protect our planet. On July 28, we celebrate World Nature Conservation Day.

Did you know that single-use plastic bags are a classic disposable product, as they are only used for around 20 minutes on average?

Did you know that around 3 million hectares of rainforest are destroyed every year? In 2016, the figure was as high as 6.13 million hectares.

Did you know that today is International Sea Turtle Day? For us, this is the perfect opportunity to draw attention to the great projects that our pro nature foundation supports to save these fascinating sea creatures.

Today is Environment Day! As the proWIN pro nature Foundation, the environment is particularly close to our hearts. Since our foundation in August 2016, we have been passionately committed to environmental protection and species conservation as well as environmental education and training.
