Michael Winter, sole managing director of the second-generation family-run direct sales company "proWIN Winter GmbH", was born in Saarbrücken in 1985. He grew up in a rural region, where he was fascinated by the beauty of local nature at an early age thanks to his parents. Together with his family, Michael travelled the world at a young age, paving the way for his passion for wildlife photography - above and below water. In addition to their successful business management, the Winter family established two foundations - Michael Winter is a trustee of the environmental protection foundation "proWIN pro nature", for which he draws attention to many foundation projects through his photographs, lectures on species protection and sustainability and teaches children about nature.
Michael Winter has worked with Andreas Klotz, Julian Schneider, Patrick Schönecker, Peter Schneider and Raphael Studer, for example, in his commitment to animals and nature.
