Plastic bag free day

Did you know that single-use plastic bags are a classic disposable product, as they are only used for around 20 minutes on average?
Plastic bag free day
This is an enormous waste of resources! That's why single-use plastic bags with a wall thickness of less than 50 micrometers and bioplastic bags have been banned since 01.01.2022.

Today, on International Plastic Bag Free Day, we would like to emphasize once again how important it is to live consciously and sustainably. Since 2011, this special day has been held annually on July 3 to raise public awareness of the problem of plastic pollution and its consequences. Plastic pollution is a global problem that is poisoning our oceans and our environment. Many organizations are working together to tackle this catastrophe.

Every step counts!

We can all play a part in ridding the world of plastic. Banning plastic bags is a first step, but we can do much more to protect our environment.
  • Use reusable bags or alternatives,
  • avoid single-use plastic and
  • convince others to do the same.
Together we can make a big difference!
